Agreement to Terms

Loan Application

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a loan agreement
• You authorize us to verify your information and obtain credit reports

Loan Approval and Terms

Loan approval is subject to our evaluation of your application and creditworthiness. We reserve the right to:

• Approve or decline any loan application
• Determine the loan amount, term, and interest rate offered
• Request additional documentation or information
• Modify loan terms based on our risk assessment

If approved, specific loan terms will be provided in a separate loan agreement that you must sign before funds are disbursed.

Repayment

By accepting a loan, you agree to:

• Repay the loan amount plus all applicable fees by the due date
• Authorize automatic withdrawals from your bank account
• Maintain sufficient funds in your account on payment dates
• Notify us immediately if your banking information changes

Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all fees associated with your loan, including:

• Interest charges as disclosed in your loan agreement
• Late payment fees if applicable
• NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) fees for returned payments
• Any other fees disclosed in your loan agreement

Default

You will be in default if you:

• Fail to make payments when due
• Provide false information in your application
• Breach any term of your loan agreement
• Become bankrupt or insolvent

In the event of default, we may take collection actions as permitted by law.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your loan agreement within 48 hours of signing without penalty. To cancel, contact us immediately by phone or email. If you cancel, you must return the full loan amount within 48 hours.

Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Use automated means to access the website without permission
• Transmit viruses or malicious code

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Crane Finance and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
